Job summary

FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC. seeks a hands-on HSES professional in Manila to implement and monitor safety, health, environment, and security policies. You will conduct inspections, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with WPS, JHA, and PPE requirements.

You will support environmental and regulatory programs and coordinate with security and contractors. The role requires collaboration with regulators and internal stakeholders to track incidents, corrective actions, and training

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree in environmental or safety fields.
• Experience with HSES concepts, risk assessment, and incident reporting is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies (DENR/EMB/DOLE/etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Company HSES policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular HSES inspections, safety walks, workplace observations, and compliance checks.
• Identify hazards and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with WPS, JHA, risk assessments, and PPE requirements.
• Support toolbox meetings, safety orientations, drills, and awareness activities.
• Monitor safe tanker, truck, loading, unloading, and product transfer operations.
• Coordinate with security personnel and monitor access-control procedures.
• Monitor environmental programs, permits, registrations, and regulatory commitments.
• Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and assessments and report incidents.
