Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an HSEQ Administrator in Quezon City to support Grosvenor Engineering Group and client projects with portal-based HSEQ transactions, inductions, safety documentation, and supplier prequalification. You will maintain internal and client portals, generate reports, and manage contractor registrations and insurance records.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in HSEQ for GEG and client tenders, prequalification, subcontractor management, and inductions.
• Maintain GEG and customer portals with HSEQ data and costs for prequalifications and inductions.
• Maintain documents in customer portals (risk assessments, SWMS, permits to work, trainings).
• Data entry to GEG and customer portals (ARMS, Rapid, Incident Admin App, SharePoint, audits and corrective action registers).
• Maintain contractor registrations, insurances, licenses, and verification records.
• Assist with proactive management of HSEQ activities, inductions, safety training, and related reporting.
