CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking an HSE Officer / HSE Analyst in Metro Manila to ensure adherence to health, safety and environment regulations, develop and monitor HSE policies, and support audits and risk assessments.

The role includes coordinating OSH/EMS meetings, training, incident investigations, monthly and annual reports, and collaboration with clients for global reporting. In-person work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in HSE.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Four-year college degree preferred; female candidates encouraged; engineering background welcome.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead OSH/EMS meetings and training sessions.
• Take accurate minutes and identify workplace hazards; enforce policies.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual HSE reports for management.
• Stay updated with regulations and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and data gathering for global reporting needs.
