Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an HRIS Specialist to drive the effectiveness, accuracy, and evolution of our HR systems across the Asia Pacific region. The role serves as the primary regional contact for HR systems, ensuring technology supports business objectives and enhances employee experience.

The ideal candidate will manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity, security, and compliance, while partnering with HR, IT, and finance to maximize system impact and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms.
• Experience with HRIS implementations from planning through deployment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS solutions such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
• Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, integration, enhancement, and rollout of HR technologies across the Asia Pacific region.
• Coordinate project planning, testing, deployment, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Develop and deliver training programs that drive user adoption and confidence in new systems and processes.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports that support strategic business decisions.
• Manage relationships with local HR technology vendors, ensuring service levels, upgrades, and maintenance activities are effectively executed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard employee information.
