Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an HRIS Specialist to optimize and evolve HR systems across the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on data integrity, system performance, and stakeholder collaboration to enable informed decisions.

You will partner with HR, IT, and finance teams to implement, integrate, and roll out HR technologies, while delivering training and driving user adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms.
• Experience with HRIS implementation projects from planning through deployment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional HRIS specialist for Asia Pacific, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
• Act as first point of contact for HRIS issues, providing troubleshooting and guidance.
• Lead system audits, improvements, and stakeholder collaboration across HR, IT, and finance.
• Support integration, rollout, and change management for HR technologies in APAC.
• Develop and deliver training to drive user adoption and confidence in HR systems.
• Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
