Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an HRIS Specialist to optimize and maintain HR systems across the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with HR, IT, finance, vendors and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, security and effective system performance.

You will conduct audits, support deployments, and deliver training to drive user adoption while generating actionable HR metrics for strategic decisions. A data-driven mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms.
• Experience implementing HRIS projects from planning to deployment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data privacy compliance.
