Job summary

ICRC in Manila is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to optimize HR processes and lead projects from ideation to completion.

You will map Employee Case Management processes, support HR Shared Services, and ensure consistent, efficient service delivery. Fluency in English is required; French is an asset. Onsite work in Makati City, Philippines, for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a business analyst role, or similar.
• Proven experience in processes description and mapping, shared services, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Process management: map, review, and optimize HR business processes; verify alignment with FRA standards.
• Business development: gather requirements for ticketing tool and secure stakeholder approvals.
• Project management: define scope and goals, plan timelines, and monitor delivery; support change management.
