Invictus Food Products Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Human Resources Development Supervisor to lead HR activities. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies. A bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in a supervisory HR role are required.

Based in Pampanga, the role offers hands-on HR leadership in a FMCG manufacturing environment with about 51-100 employees; you will work ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role in HR.
• Familiar with HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and employee relations.
