Job summary

SGV & Co is seeking a Senior Associate to support and supervise HR Transformation engagements within our People Consulting practice. You will work with Managers, client stakeholders, and project teams to deliver HR process optimization, operating model improvements, and technology-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in consulting, HR transformation, change management, or related fields.
• Experience with HR technology, HRIS, HRMS modules and payroll/HR service delivery is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and practical actions.
• Exposure to ERP/HCM systems and enterprise platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members on HR Technology and HRIS projects per project plans.
• Assist in project planning, workstream coordination, and client meetings for HRMS implementations.
• Lead business process mapping for modules like Core HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
• Gather requirements via interviews/workshops to map current and future HR processes.
• Prepare design documents, configuration trackers, and requirements documentation.
• Review configuration outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with design decisions.
• Support testing activities, data migration, and go-live readiness.
