Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in APAC is seeking a Business Support & Strategic Projects Director to drive end-to-end HR process improvements, service delivery enhancements, and global standardization initiatives across regions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage large transformation programs, and partner with DHL CoEs to implement outsourcing plans and new HR systems.

This senior role requires strong program management, stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering measurable efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions.
• Extensive project/program management experience delivering large HR initiatives.
• Strong business and operational management background.
• Experience with enterprise HR/payroll systems.
• Prince II or ITIL certification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation projects and large-scale system rollouts.
• Coordinate with regional HR stakeholders to align changes with global standards.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop outsourcing plans and business cases and drive transitions.
