Job summary

CKI BUILDERS & ENGINEERING SERVICES is seeking a full-time Recruiter in the Philippines. The role focuses on sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and managing the interview process to ensure a strong fit and smooth onboarding.

You will maintain candidate engagement, provide timely feedback, and contribute to employer branding while coordinating with hiring managers to finalize decisions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, or similar role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collect feedback from interviewers and assess candidate suitability for the role.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Coordinate and participate in hiring decision discussions.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Promote job openings through various channels to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key hiring metrics.
