Job summary

Asian Development Bank is seeking an Associate Human Resource Officer (Systems) based at its Manila headquarters. The role focuses on administering BPMSD HR systems, analyzing HR processes, and developing solutions to streamline operations and improve service quality.

The successful candidate will work in the BPAL/BPMSD group, collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, and support system enhancements and documentation in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer or systems related fields.
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee life cycle policies.
• Experience with HR systems such as Oracle HRMS, ServiceNow, Cornerstone and Microsoft.
• Proficiency in business analysis to support process enhancements.
• Strong independence, accountability and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Administer BPMSD's HR systems (on-premises and cloud).
• Analyze HR processes and design system improvements.
• Develop HR systems to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate system testing, change requests, and UAT.
• Support contract management, knowledge sharing, and training materials.
