Job summary

Jevant Technologies is seeking a dedicated HR Staff member in South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role supports HR operations, maintains employee records, and assists with onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in HR, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Knowledge of Philippine labour laws is advantageous, with a focus on confidentiality and teamwork within the HR team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination, orientation).
• Maintain & update HR databases, employee records, and files per data protection regulations.
• Process employee documentation (contracts, leave, performance paperwork).
• Support payroll administration by coordinating with relevant departments for accurate employee data.
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and wellness programmes.
• Provide general HR support: policies, benefits, procedures.
