Job summary

Nomura Research Institute Manila is seeking an HR Strategy Consultant to diagnose client issues and design HR strategies, organizational development, and people analytics solutions. The role involves working with senior management and project teams to deliver transformative HR programs.

You will lead or participate in projects across Total Rewards, OD, job analysis, and HRIS, with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and client outcomes. Hybrid work setup in Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree and above in business or human resources management discipline.
• 5 years’ experience as HR consultant or HR Business Partner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Involve or may lead HR consulting projects including analysis and implementation portions.
• Design new or enhance existing HR programs and solutions.
• Collaborate with the Business Sector Head to develop HR solutions for clients.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts while working in a team.
• Stay updated on global HR practices through research and study.
• Support sales and marketing activities to generate project leads.
