Conmech Construction & Development Corporation is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. You should have a good scholastic record, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain employee files and reporting processes.

Ideal candidates are ready to start immediately, willing to work in Mandaluyong City, and able to work from Monday to Saturday. New graduates are welcome to apply and grow with the team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's/College degree in BS/AB Psychology or equivalent.
• Good scholastic record.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Reporting skills, maintaining employee files, dependability, organization, scheduling, confidentiality, independence, orienting employees, verbal communication, teamwork, Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Exude confidence and professionalism.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
