C.T. Consigna Construction Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and records management at project sites. This role provides exposure to labor regulations and HR processes across multiple project locations.

You will handle attendance, document management, and HR reporting while coordinating with staff on HR needs. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Can be assigned at any Project Location.
• Can stay at Site (If needed).

Responsabilités

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related concerns and requirements.
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of confidential HR documents.
• Prepare HR reports and other administrative requirements.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
