Job summary

Thems Philippines Inc. is seeking an HR support professional to help maintain a compliant, respectful, and inclusive workplace from our Angeles City site. The role runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a rotating Saturday shift, and involves payroll, records management, and HR operations.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while handling confidential information and supporting routine HR tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documents.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and government reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR Alphalist).
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire orientation.
• Address employee/applicant concerns regarding policies and processes.
• Assist with employee relations and development.
• Provide daily HR admin support and perform other HR duties.
