Job summary

ResultsCX in Pasig - Philippines is seeking a Supervisor, Human Resources to serve as a center point of contact for all remote employees. You will share HR expertise, ensure employee satisfaction, productivity, and compliance with laws and regulations, while leading onboarding and benefits administration.

You will maintain HR records, communicate policies, and advise management. The role requires 3+ years in HR, HRIS proficiency, and strong discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in HR practices and principles related to employment & labor law supporting a diverse group of employees with experience in coaching, counseling, and employee relations.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft applications and HRIS
• Ability to exercise discretion and judgment when providing feedback, guidance, clarification, and disciplinary action
• Experience in call center environment or fast paced work environment preferred.
• Must possess entrepreneurial spirit, an “expect greater” attitude and lead by example

Supervisor, Human Resources

The Supervisor, Human Resources is responsible for sharing Human Resources expertise as a center point of contact for all remote employees by performing a variety of HR functions. You will play a critical role to ensure employee satisfaction, productivity, and company compliance with all legal and government regulations.

In This Role You Will
