Job summary

You will contribute to HR solutions aligned with business strategy, conduct onboarding, analyze HR metrics, and assist with labor-related processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR or People Solutions experience.
• University degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities and programs.
• Provide cross-department consulting on performance, policies, and compensation.
• Respond to employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to support HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct orientation and HR learning sessions for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records and HRIS data in line with policies and laws.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to aid decision making.
• Prepare documentary requirements for labor-related cases as needed.
• Review HR trends and assist with changes and improvements.
• Communicate company values and leadership behaviors to the team.
