AECOM is seeking a Specialist I, HR Services, HR Contact Center in the Philippines to support HR service requests via tickets, calls, and chat. The role emphasizes accurate processing, adherence to SOPs, and regulatory guidelines in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR/Business with 3 years in HR Shared Services, has MS Office proficiency, and understands HR operations standards. Experience with Oracle and Workday is preferred; onsite 3 days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Administration/Human Resources.
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR Services/Shared Services/BPO.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of HR Operations standards and procedures.
• Experience with HR Systems, preferably Oracle and Workday.

Aufgaben

• Resolve tickets and queries by analyzing and solving simple to medium transactions via calls, chats, and ticketing system.
• Provide guidance and support to customers for queries related to HR systems.
• Manage cases and transfer only when appropriate within guidelines.
• Work with autonomy to resolve medium complexity issues.
• Resolve queries and escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
• Support HR systems requests and transactions using standard methodologies.
