Job summary

Assessment Analytics Inc. is seeking an HR Services Associate in Makati to support the HR Services team with post-sales administrative tasks and timely reports. You will coordinate projects with clients, assist in training services, and help manage talent programs.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• Psychology and Human Resources graduates are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Computer literate; advanced MS Excel skills preferred.
• Knowledge in Learning Management System is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative and clerical support to all HR Services projects and initiatives.
• Oversees the implementation of assigned projects, monitors deliverables, coordinates with clients and external service providers, and consolidates deliverables.
• Conducts orientation/briefing sessions with clients on test administration systems and HR services offered.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports on project/account implementation for submission to internal and/or external customers.
• Collaborates with Business Alliance Team in preparing documents for project bidding and proposals, including requesting quotations and updating calculators.
• Prepares insight reports for benchmarking studies and project compliance.
• Maintains inventory of HR services materials and SHL training collaterals.
