As a Project Recruitment Lead who will join us on a 6 month project, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, foster collaboration and deliver operational excellence across the Recruitment team and make an immediate business impact.
You will deliver hiring targets timely and compliant with the processes and standards of 2GO, implement recruitment strategies and recruitment related projects or programs in line with business goals to aide the efforts of building a robust candidate pipeline while promoting 2GO’s employer brand and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do (your Mission)
- Handle full recruitment life cycle recruitment from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offer and endorsement to onboarding.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition across locations and HR teams to ensure consistent practices and communication.
- Provide guidance to recruitment assistants or coordinators, if applicable.
- Help develop and execute sourcing strategies including online job portals, career fairs, campus recruitment, community outreach, social media and employee referrals.
- Build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and volume hiring roles and other recruitment related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations, maintain accurate documentation of candidate evaluations, hiring records, and recruitment reports.
- Promote 2GO as an employer of choice in the region through targeted campaigns and participation in local recruitment events.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process.
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, of which at least 2 years in a Supervisory or Team Lead role.
- Have experience recruiting for a wide range of positions in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries is preferred.
- Have strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job boards, and social media recruiting.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be willing to travel within the county.
- Have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is an advantage but not required.
