Job summary

Ugnay Solutions Philippines is seeking graduating college students for an internship program that supports our growing operations. This hands-on role provides real recruitment and HR experience, with a minimum of 300 internship hours and a strong chance of conversion to full-time employment.

You will assist with sourcing, coordination, and administration, gain exposure to cross-functional teams, and learn employment-ready tools while being mentored by experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduating college students with a minimum of 300 internship hours.
• Willingness to learn and be mentored in HR and recruitment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and HR support tasks, including sourcing and applicant coordination
• Handle administrative duties to support daily operations
• Coordinate communication between applicants and internal teams
• Help maintain records and documentation related to hiring and onboarding
• Get exposure to different areas of the business through cross-functional support
• Learn and apply employment-ready tools and skills, including job board postings, Boolean search, cold calling, AI-assisted work, Office Suites, and client communications
