Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a Business Analyst within the Business Transformation Team to evaluate business requirements for the employee case management tool. You will plan, oversee, and lead projects from ideation to completion, ensuring HR processes are mapped consistently and streamlined for efficient service delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have 3–5 years in a business analyst role, and possess strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Process management: oversee processes, ensure consistency and efficiency; map as-is and to-be scenarios; deploy HR business processes; review templates for approval; ensure solutions meet requirements; lead ongoing process reviews and optimization.
• Business Development: gather requirements to develop ticketing tool; prioritize based on needs; review test cases; perform UAT; coordinate with HRIS teams; map Employee Case Management processes; create and maintain templates per FRA standards.
• Project management: define scope and goals with line/project managers; understand tool functionality to design to-be processes; ensure timely deliverables; schedule timelines; assess stakeholder constraints; manage change with the Change Officer; provide post-go-live support.
