Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented HR analyst role to support competency-based systems and policy development. This position provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support for HR policies and competency frameworks.

The incumbent will work with SMEs and BU HR Heads to maintain competency frameworks, develop dashboards, and document SOPs and policy manuals under the OD Manager/Head. Fresh graduates are welcome for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/HR/Behavioral Science/Business Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship or project exposure may be considered.
• Strong MS Office skills and data management capability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing competency frameworks and update leadership and functional competencies.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for OD Manager/Head.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, templates, and policy documentation.
