Job summary

ARKRAY, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to implement and monitor company policies and guidelines across all personnel, ensuring onboarding aligns with working regulations and Arkray branding. The role will manage salary and job level movement notices, training plans, and supplier coordination within budgeted programs.

The position supports HRGA reporting, audit documentation, and outsourcing processes, contributing to smooth HR operations and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Executes and monitors the company policies and guidelines and administers various HR plans and procedures for all personnel.
• Orients working regulation, code of conduct and Arkray branding to the new rank and file employees
• Maintains company organization charts, employee directory and 201 files.
• Checks and prepares notices/memorandums to employees on salary and job level movement.
• Responsible for research, coordination and organizing company events and other incentive programs for employees.
• Monitors training database to ensure that training programs are facilitated according to plan and budget.
• Search checks and screens all potential training providers fit go the company's training needs.
• Prepares and ensures complete documents needed for internal, customer and external audit.
• Provides input and prepares monthly HRGA operations report to HRGA Manager and Admin Division Manager.
• Facilitate end to end outsourcing process.
