Job summary

BULLSEYE SOLUTIONS, INC. in Pasig City is seeking an HR/Payroll Intern to assist with collecting payroll documents, updating employee records, and supporting attendance and timekeeping tasks. This internship includes a training allowance and an opportunity to learn HR and payroll processes in a supportive team.

You will work under the HR team to prepare reports, respond to basic inquiries, and ensure confidentiality while gaining practical experience in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn HR and payroll processes.
• Can handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Must be willing to complete the required internship hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and organizing payroll-related documents and employee information.
• Support the preparation and checking of attendance, timekeeping, overtime, leaves, and other payroll inputs.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and updated employee records and HR files.
• Support the HR team in preparing payroll reports and other HR-related reports.
• Assist in responding to basic employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and payroll information.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
