Trigya Innovations in the Philippines is seeking an HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Zoho HRMS-focused team. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll support, and client coordination while undergoing comprehensive Zoho HRMS training.

You will work with the implementation team, learn Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll, and contribute to live projects. Strong communication and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this entry-level role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, attendance).
• Interest in HR technology and HRMS platforms.
• Ability to manage tasks, follow timelines, and coordinate with teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new Zoho tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR activities including attendance, onboarding, documentation, and employee communication.
• Maintain HR records and support routine HR queries.
• Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks and follow-ups.
• Support payroll preparation through data collection and verification.
• Learn and understand Zoho HRMS modules and assist in data migration, testing, and user setup.
• Prepare project documentation, process flows, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal meetings, follow up on tasks, and ensure smooth end-to-end project execution.
• Assist clients during onboarding and implementation phases.
