Job summary

Yempo is seeking an HR Coordinator for a dayshift/midshift role with options to work from home or the office. The role sits within a global HR team, handling a broad range of administrative duties across the employee lifecycle and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role (HR Administrator/Coordinator).
• Proven team-oriented approach and ability to coordinate information flows.
• Experience using HR systems such as databases and ATS tools (Employment Hero/Greenhouse advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliant employee files.
• Maintain and audit HR data in HRIS and related systems.
• Support leaves, performance and salary review cycles; track activity completion.
