Lattice Semiconductor (PH) Corporation is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including RSU vesting payments, in compliance with policies and laws.

You will extract payroll data from Workday, coordinate with vendors, review reports, and maintain payroll records while addressing inquiries. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and payroll experience, with proficiency in Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with payroll processing and payroll accounting/administration.
• Experience with Workday, equity compensation programs (RSUs) and third-party payroll providers is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.

• Extract, validate, and submit monthly payroll data from Workday to the third-party payroll processor.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Review payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Process and release employee RSU vested payments and related payroll transactions.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
