Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in HR administration or related support; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; confidentiality in handling documents.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day HR transactions and employee records.
• Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline management.
• Facilitate onboarding, payroll enrollment, and employee integration programs.
• Oversee offboarding, exit interviews, clearance, and final pay coordination.
• Coordinate internship programs and HR events.
• Maintain personnel files, issue employment certificates, and assist travel documents.
