Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates the implementation of projects and programs of the office.
Prepares legal studies on queries propounded by various offices.
Conducts investigations and evaluates administrative cases upon instruction from supervisor.
Attends hearings and recommends decisions on administrative cases.
Undertakes the interpretation of laws, orders, rules, and regulations, including legal documents.
Performs research work on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect TESDA's programs and projects.
Reviews contracts, legal forms, and other related documents and recommends their approval.
Performs other related functions.
