Responsabilidades

• Assists in the implementation and monitoring of HRMD/HRD programs, covering Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Leave/Payroll, Administration, Employee Welfare and HRIS.
• Drafts policies, procedures and guidelines on human resource management.
• Maintains personnel records and other HR documents.
• Performs other related functions as required.
