Job summary

Sheryna in Navotas is seeking an HR Head for Operations to lead human resources and administrative services. You will oversee manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations, driving organizational effectiveness.

This is a direct hire role offering up to 150k PHP monthly, with a focus on independent work and collaborative teamwork, strong report presentation, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Human Resource or other related course
• Preferably 3 years related working experience (Experienced in HR Head work related)
• Well-versed in presentation of reports and recommend improvement activities
• Has sharp attention detail
• Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
• Good communication skills & detail-oriented

• TO MANAGE THE ENTIRE OPERATIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
• ATTAINS ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH MANPOWER PLANNING, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT, AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
• DELIVERS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES NEEDS
