• Coordinate and support the execution of the Country Program HR strategy and operational plans.
• Provide responsive, high-quality HR services across recruitment, staff development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, onboarding, policies, staff wellbeing and wellness initiatives, staff care, and employee administration.
