The role serves as the system-of-record for managers across two organizations during a temporary duplication, ensuring HR and administrative transactions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with governance, while safeguarding the employee experience. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR practices and end-to-end HR processes.
• Strong problem solving; ability to connect dots and understand interdependencies.
• Ability to manage multiple direct reports and prioritize accordingly.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crossover coordinators and escalate as needed.
• Execute HR and administrative transactions across two organizations.
• Implement process improvements and align cross-functional strategies.
• Navigate processes across two systems and route transactions correctly.
• Coordinate with Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Mobility, IT and Finance.
• Validate requests, seek clarifications, and ensure governance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all transactions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate owner.
• Provide continuous feedback to improve processes and systems.
