Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an HR Operations Team Leader on a fixed term contract to lead HR and administrative transactions across two organizations during a temporary duplication period. You will supervise Crossover Coordinators and ensure seamless system-wide processing, governance, and employee experience throughout the transition.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR practices and end-to-end HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple direct reports and prioritize.
• Strong written and verbal communication across two organizations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Crossover Coordinators to ensure timely, accurate support.
• Execute HR and administrative transactions across two org systems with proper approvals.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional strategies for workforce alignment.
• Coordinate with Compensation, Benefits, IT, Finance, and other HR functions for resolution.
