Select VoiceCom in Cebu IT Park seeks an HR Operations Coordinator responsible for day-to-day HR activities such as preparing contracts, updating masterlists, maintaining 201 files, and recording employee data in the HRIS.

You will partner with Team Leaders and Campaign Managers for performance evaluations after training and probation, ensure accurate employment records, and prepare all contracts and transfer documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS data entry and records management.
• Ability to coordinate with team leaders and managers.
