Job summary

FiberHome Phils., Inc. is seeking an HR professional to oversee compensation and benefits, payroll processing, and attendance tracking. The role requires handling incident reports, maintaining accurate employee files, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

You will coordinate performance evaluations with department heads and conduct monthly TBMs. The ideal candidate has a degree in HRM or Psychology, 1–2 years of related experience, and solid MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in HRM, Psychology, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in Compensation & Benefits and payroll.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits.
• Handle employee incident reports and ensure proper documentation, investigation, and resolution.
• Monitor and manage daily timekeeping and attendance records.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee files and assist with payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct monthly TBM.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee performance evaluations with department heads.
