Job summary

Great Developers Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a collaborative team player to join our HRStop team in an onboarding/HR operations role. You will handle end-to-end client onboarding, resolve product usage queries, and drive platform adoption while delivering training sessions and webinars for client HR teams.

The role focuses on successful implementation, effective communication in English and Hindi, and coordinating with product and client teams to map HR workflows into HRStop.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Experience with ATS/HRMS tools is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Client Onboarding: set up employee data, leave policies, and system configurations for a seamless start.
Query Resolution & Product Support: be the primary contact to resolve daily client queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Drive Platform Adoption: monitor usage and assist clients in adopting HRStop modules.
Client Training & Webinars: conduct regular product trainings and interactive workshops for client HR teams.
Product Change Communication: inform clients about new features and UI updates.
