Qualifications

• Some background in timekeeping or exposure to HR functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee grievances and concerns.
• Prepare notices of offense and disciplinary action.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Process documentation and prepare personnel reports.
• Coordinate HR projects and take meeting minutes.
• Manage employees' timekeeping (DTR) and attendance.
• Handle inquiries on compensation and benefits.
