MicroSourcing in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator for a hybrid, day-shift position. You will manage new-hire documentation, maintain records, and coordinate with IT and facilities to ensure a smooth start for new employees.

You will also perform onboarding/off-boarding processes, monitor licenses, and support reporting and payroll-related tasks as needed. This role offers growth within our HR team and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify new hire documentation, including employment contracts, background checks, work authorization, and required certifications.
• Input and maintain employee records in the HR database, ensuring expiration dates, compliance tags, and personal details are accurately tracked.
• Conduct routine audits of new starter files to ensure full compliance with internal standards and guidelines.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure equipment, access, and orientation schedules are prepared prior to start dates.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and HR databases as the central source of truth for hiring updates.
• Monitor expiring licenses and certifications, contacting employees to request updated documentation.
• Process employee off-boarding steps and administrative exits per policy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance.
• Assist with basic reporting, cross-departmental requests, and payroll/time-tracking support.
• Cross-train team members on onboarding procedures and cover duties during peak periods or team leave.

Your Role

The HR Onboarding Coordinator is accountable for the following in relation to their assigned region:
