Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HRIS Analyst in Clark, Pampanga for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will own data accuracy across HR and recruitment systems, manage admin tasks, and produce reports for management.

You will maintain system records, dashboards and workflows, and provide first-line support to HR and Operations. The role emphasizes data quality, confidentiality, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve system functionality and data processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, integrity and completeness of employee and candidate data across HR and recruitment systems.
• Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR and recruitment databases and systems.
• Maintain system records, workflows, fields, user access and system configurations.
• Conduct regular data audits, identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of data issues.
• Produce accurate and timely HR, recruitment and workforce reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards and provide data insights to support operational and workforce planning.
• Provide first-line systems support to HR, Recruitment and Operations users.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, data quality and operational processes.
• Support system changes, enhancements, testing, implementation and data migration activities.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date system documentation, workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure appropriate data controls and confidentiality are maintained across employee and candidate information.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external system providers to resolve system and data-related issues.
• Ensure agreed reporting and data requirements are delivered accurately and within required timelines.

Your role:

The HRIS Analyst is accountable for the following in relation to their assigned region:
