Job summary

MicroSourcing in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews in a hybrid, day-shift setting.

You will manage screening, interviews, timesheet follow-ups, and bulk communications for high-volume roles while contributing to a collaborative team with career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing (Seek, database, Facebook groups etc.)
• Resume screening against job briefs
• Conducting initial phone screens (availability, tickets/licences, location, pay expectations, work rights, reliability etc.)
• Shortlisting suitable candidates
• Scheduling interviews for me to begin with (and potentially also conducting interviews further down the track)
• Timesheet follow-ups
• Bulk sms/email campaigns for high-volume roles
