Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Officer for a manufacturing plant located in Guyong, Santa Maria, Bulacan. This onsite role covers employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and engagement activities to support day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of HR experience, including exposure to recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• At least 3 years HR experience with exposure to recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; ISO implementation experience a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and employee engagement.
• Prepare and issue notices to explain (NTEs) and assist in disciplinary processes.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure policy adherence.

HR Officer – Manufacturing

Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations of a manufacturing plant. The role will handle employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and employee engagement activities while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Discipline

• Ensure employee compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures.

• Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTEs) and assist in disciplinary processes.

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and counseling professionally.

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and records.

Recruitment & Workforce Support

• Assist in recruitment and hiring activities for plant-based employees.

• Update and maintain job descriptions.

• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.

• Support workforce planning and staffing needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Assist in administering employee benefits such as HMO, leave management, attendance incentives, and other company programs.

• Monitor benefits processing for plant-based employees.

• Support payroll-related documentation and employee records.

• Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

HR Compliance & Employee Activities

• Monitor adherence to HR systems, policies, and procedures.

• Support ISO documentation and compliance initiatives.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as Sports Fest, Christmas Party, company outings, and other events.

• Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in HR, with exposure to:

  • Recruitment

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Employee Relations

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR Officer or supervisory role.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; exposure to the plastic/styro industry is preferred.

• Must have experience with ISO implementation.

• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to handle sensitive employee and disciplinary matters professionally.

• Preferably residing in Santa Maria, Bulacan or nearby areas.
