Role Description

The Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies, programs, and initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipeline, workforce effectiveness, and employee development. The role leads organization-wide initiatives related to succession planning, talent management, organization design, performance management, employee engagement, competency development, and change management to support business growth.

Organizational Development & Design

• Lead and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assess organizational structures and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Drive workforce planning and organization redesign initiatives.
• Develop competency frameworks and role architecture.

Succession Planning & Talent

• Develop and manage succession planning programs for critical positions.
• Identify and assess high-potential employees and leadership pipeline.
• Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions.
• Establish development plans for successors and key talents.

Performance Management

• Lead and improve performance management systems and processes.
• Support goal setting, KPI alignment, and performance evaluation cycles.
• Analyze performance data and recommend interventions.

Learning and Leadership Development

• Partner with L&D in identifying capability gaps.
• Develop leadership development frameworks and career pathing.
• Monitor training effectiveness and organizational capability growth.

Employee Engagement and Change Management

• Lead engagement initiatives and organizational climate assessments.
• Support change management activities during business transformation.
• Promote culture-building and employee experience programs.

Analytics and Governance

• Develop OD dashboards and reports.
• Monitor OD program effectiveness and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR governance.
