Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager, People Development & Culture to shape and deliver digital learning and development initiatives across the APAC region. You will lead e-learning, graduate, scholarship and internship programmes, partnering with business leaders to ensure learning aligns with strategy.

Based in IOI City, Putrajaya, the role focuses on scaling learning portfolios, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening employer branding with universities and career

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering digital learning experiences.
• Experience managing graduate, scholarship and internship programmes.
• Strong collaboration with business leaders and HR partners to align learning with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and continuous improvement of learning curricula and blended learning solutions.
• Manage multiple learning projects through all phases of design, development, delivery and evaluation.
• Build strategic university partnerships and manage campus recruitment programmes.
