Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing formal and informal learning strategies and projects.
• Proven expertise in learning design and development at curriculum, course, and module levels across multiple delivery channels.
• Strong facilitation skills and professionalism in adult learning principles and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple learning projects across all phases of learning design—analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and facilitate professional skills, business readiness, and early leadership development programmes.
• Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and HR partners to translate priorities into effective learning solutions.
• Lead the design, planning, and delivery of graduate, scholarship, and internship programmes aligned with business needs.
