Job summary

Qualifications

• Commit to at least 500 hours for a full-time internship (Mon-Fri).

• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes: resume screening, reference checks, scheduling, and initial interviews.
• Assist orientation and maintain 201 files for new hires; update records.
• Help manage employee databases and prepare routine reports.
• Support employee relations tasks and payroll/benefit processing.
