Job summary

PASIA in the Philippines is seeking an intern to support executive search and recruitment operations, including sourcing for managers, directors, and CEOs, as well as rank-and-file positions. The role involves screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and assisting with interviews alongside the HR lead.

You will prepare HR reports, collate confidential documents, help with sourcing, and orient new onboard interns.

Qualifications

• Currently studying BS in Psychology, HRM or related field.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Owns a laptop.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with the lead.
• Assist CEO with interviews in coordination with the HR lead.
• Prepare HR-related reports.
• Compile confidential documents with the HR lead.
• Assist the HR lead on sourcing and recruitment.
• Orient new onboard interns.
• Create e-banners if needed.
